Hot and Cold Fork Buffets: Fork buffets are a more substantial alternative to a finger buffet and are designed for self-service from a buffet table. They are ideally suited for those occasions, when your guests are seated informally. For parties over 40 in number we recommended that waiting staff be in attendance for your own convenience.
